Cancellation policy

As of 1st April 2022 our cancellation policy is changing

We require 24-48 hours notice to cancel you appointment without fees.

Failure to give notice means there will be a charge of 50%of the price of your treatment.

This will also be the same for no show appointments.

This payment will currently be taken before your next appointment is booked in.

If you choose not to pay you will not be booked in at the salon again.

We may ask you to pay a £35 deposit for any colour appointment which if cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. If you choose not to pay the deposit we will not make the appointment.

Weddings

We will take a 50% deposit 1 month before the wedding. Failure to pay will mean a cancellation of the appointment.

If a wedding appointment is in less than 1 months time we require 50% deposit at the time of booking.
